What is Hirova?
Hirova is recruitment software (an applicant tracking system) that runs your hiring end to end: vacancy requests, approvals, hiring flows, interviews, assessments and offers, in one place. It is built and supported by JOMos in Kuala Lumpur.
How much does Hirova cost?
One flat company licence: RM500 per installation per month, billed monthly. It includes unlimited users and roles, unlimited vacancies and candidates, all modules, updates delivered by email and monthly system health reports. You are never charged per seat.
Where is Hirova hosted? Is it cloud software?
Hirova is installed on your company's own server, on your own infrastructure, so your candidate data never leaves the building. It is licensed per installation.
How do updates work if the system is on our own server?
Signed updates are delivered by email, so no remote access is needed. Hirova checks a dedicated mailbox and acts only on content digitally signed by the vendor. Before installing, it backs up the database and files, and if anything fails the update is rolled back automatically.
Can we restrict access to our office network?
Yes. An optional IP allowlist keeps the system reachable from approved networks only. You can protect the whole system or only the Settings pages, using single addresses or ranges.
Can our staff sign in with Microsoft 365?
Yes. Staff can sign in with their work email and password or with Microsoft.
How do candidates apply?
Through your public careers page (no account needed), through tracked links you share on each channel, through the job widget embedded on your own website, through job boards reading your JSON or XML job feeds, or through partners posting to the Intake API. Recruiters can also add candidates directly or import a CSV.
Will the same candidate end up in the system twice?
No. Returning applicants are matched by email, phone or IC number, so profiles are not duplicated. When a recruiter adds a candidate that looks like an existing one, Hirova shows a possible-duplicate warning.
Which roles does Hirova support?
System Administrator, HR Manager, Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Interviewer / Reviewer and Approver (Finance / Management). Each role only sees the menus it can use.
Can we send offers and messages by WhatsApp?
Yes. Approved offers can be sent to the candidate by email, WhatsApp or SMS, and the Communication Centre sends email, WhatsApp and SMS messages from reusable templates.
Do interviews show up on our phones?
Yes. Each user can turn on phone sync for iPhone, Google Calendar or Outlook / Microsoft 365. New, rescheduled and cancelled interviews update automatically, with a reminder 30 minutes before. Candidate names can be hidden if others can see your phone.
